Four Direct-Touch Copper Heat Pipes & Matrix-Fin Heatsink Design - The four 6 mm copper heat pipes contact the CPU base directly and transfer heat efficiently to the aluminum fin stack with a “matrix” layout, improving thermal dissipation for stable CPU temperatures under load.
Efficient 120 mm Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) Fan (500–1850 RPM) - The included 120 mm FDB fan can spin from 500 to 1850 RPM, delivering up to 66.47 CFM airflow and 2.04 mm H₂O static pressure — balancing strong cooling when needed, and quieter operation under normal loads.
Wide Socket Compatibility (Intel & AMD) - Supports a broad range of CPU sockets: Intel LGA1700 / 1200 / 115x and AMD AM5 / AM4 — making it suitable for most current CPU builds and future upgrades.
